Warner let Broad into his head: Langer
Supplied video obtained Tuesday, September 17, 2019, of Australia coach Justin Langer speaking to the media after the fifth and final Ashes Test at The Oval on Sunday. Langer talks about David Warner, who experienced a batting form slump during the Series, and says champion players "tend to come good". "Talking frankly I thought he let Stuart Broad get into his head and I think he thought way too much about it," he says. "I have seen it before. Even with the great players. "It's so hard when you try to problem solve in the middle of a big series ... he'll probably be very relieved he gets on the Qantas flight in a day's time and doesn't have to face Stuart Broad for a while."
