Mr Trump says the talks with Taliban broke down after they killed a US Soldier and UN peace keeper and others. "That's bad negotiating power", Mr Trump says. "Since then we've hit them so hard, and they want to make a deal", Mr Trump reveals. He says he is reducing US troop numbers from 14,000 to 8,600. He plans on even lower troops numbers in the future.
